By installing or using the Linaria app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Linaria is — and is not

Linaria is a mindful-eating and habit-support app. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or therapist. Any figures the app shows (fullness, volumes, estimates) are orientational, not measurements. If you have a medical condition, an eating disorder, or take medication (including GLP-1 therapy), follow your clinician’s guidance. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a helpline.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Linaria.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. The app, its design, texts and code belong to Alexey Kurguz (aka Grusha); all rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law explicitly permits.

4. AI features and your API key

The AI coach is optional and runs on an API key you provide. You are responsible for that key, the provider’s terms and any provider fees. AI-generated replies can be inaccurate or incomplete — they are supportive conversation, not professional advice. You can report any AI reply from within the app.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Optional PRO features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time purchase through Apple App Store / Google Play. Price, billing period and any free trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period — manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt our services, and do not use the AI features to generate harmful content.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms; the current version is always on this page. Material changes will be indicated by the date above. You can stop using the app at any time; uninstalling removes your local data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
